I live in Oregon and it's gray. And foggy. And dark. Gray and foggy and dark don't exactly make for the happiest of outlooks. It's going to be an adjustment since it's my first winter on the west coast. I think it's time to hunker down and just make the best of it!
Breakfast: 3 Eggwhites, 3 Turkey Sausage Links
Lunch: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer - General Tso's Spicy Chicken
Snack: 70 Cal. Cheese Stick
Dinner: Healthy Choice New Classics - Sausage Marinara Pasta with Green Beans
Snack: Low Sodium Popcorn
